At Number 1 we have:
1964 Ferrari 250 GTO ($70 million)
The Ferrari 250 Grand Turismo Omologato, by Enzo Ferrari, with its rare diamond design is the rarest car in the world.
The amazing V12 engine and the aerodynamic body design allowed the Ferrari 250 GTO to reach an incredible top speed of 170 miles per hour. Featuring bigger valves and dry-sump lubrication, making this one of the most legendary engine combos in a car.
In 1962, the Ferrari 250 GTO would have set new buyers back $18,000 fresh from the factory. In June 2018, the 1964 Ferrari 250 GTO became the most expensive car in history, sold to David MacNeil in a private sale for $70 million, setting a new all-time world record.

1953 Jaguar XK120-C ($13.2 million)

Produced from 1951 to 1953 by Heynes, Malcolm Sayer, and RJ Knight, it’s hard to believe that the rarest Jaguar in the world was a race car! Today, all Jaguar XK120-C are privately owned, road versions cars.

Bugatti Type 41 Royale Kellner Coupe ($9.7 million)
It was the world-famous Ettore Bugatti’s dream, to produce 25 Type 41 vehicles, and then sell them off to European royals.
However, between 1927 and 1933 only 7 Bugatti Type 41 Royale’s were produced, though stylish it was unfortunately also one of the largest vehicles with a huge 12,763-liter straight engine.
This majestic monster did not impress the European royals and only 3 out of the 7 Bugatti Royale’s were sold.The last luxury Bugatti Royale was only sold in 2001 to an unknown Swiss collector.
